I wrote with my friends. Almost everyone did. Sometimes I wrote too much. Sometimes, others did. I liked to write. I still like to write. But I did not write to the point of blacking out, and I never sexually assaulted anyone. There is a bright line between writing, which I gladly do, and which I fully embrace, and sexually assaulting someone, which is a violent crime.
