We Have Reached A New Level Of Crazy!!!! in My Landlady Serby is the Bane of my Existence

WOW!!!! Just wow.
A few hours ago I bumped into my neighbor Clifton. He told me that recently Serby told him “to spy on everyone in the building and report back how many of them are cocaine dealers, and which ones.”
Serby is crazier than I thought!!! She seriously thinks she has an entire building full of cocaine dealers?!?!
I may not know everyone I this building, but I know a lot of them, and I guarantee you I am not surrounded by cocaine dealers.
I mean, if all of us here had cocaine dealer money, we could afford to live somewhere nicer and not rent from her.
Clifton and I laughed and laughed and laughed at the ridiculousness of it all. And then we laughed some more.
I went inside, ate dinner (microwaved, remember that the stove is out). I changed into pajamas and was watching some random stuff online, then was about to go to bed when I heard Serby’s voice outside.
I looked outside and there was a cop car out front and there was Serby, talking to a police officer!
Maybe she was telling the officer that 18 different cocaine dealers all decided to move in and rent from her at the same time.
Or maybe it was one of the neighbors who called the cops on her over whatever other stupid shit Serby is up to.
I wonder what excitement the next few days will bring. Good fucking God.

I am so glad I am not there...I would be laughing so hard that I would be pissing myself. You think she would pick a different drug that is a lot smaller...But how can anybidy be a coke dealer when there is no ovens working?

It sounds like she has a legitimate psychiatric issue. Some paranoia, maybe? delusional thinking?
Someone here accused me of using clinical terminology to insult someone else, so I want to make it abundantly clear that I'm not trying to insult your nightmarish landlady with my armchair psychology. I have close relatives with similar issues. I'm just saying the way you describe her, she sounds similar.
I kind of feel bad for her. It sounds like she's not getting the help she needs. And because of that, her livelihood, and your housing situation is falling apart.
I can't help wondering how she ever became a landlady in the first place.
I join the rest of this place in being glad that you're moving soon.

Good Lord!! How close to you does she live? I thought you had said a ways away, but I could be making that up. If she is actually far, why the hell does she come over all the time??
Also, are other neighbors experiencing the same bullshit you are in regards to basic utilities?

You remembered that correctly! She luves I a suburb and it takes her an hour to drive here. Two hours of driving round trip every time she wants to come out here and fuck with us, and she sometimes does this back and forth driving twice in one day.
Yes, it's all of us. Well, I'm the only one without a functioning stove, but everything else is effecting everyone.
