There are tornado sirens going off absolutely everywhere and of course, I don’t have a key to the basement since Serby changed the locks. 🤨

EDIT 45 MINUTES LATER Seems like it’s mainly passed now.

I heard there were three tornados in the Chicago area. We were supposed to get the storms but they went your way instead:-(

One actually hit the ground in my neighborhood in August of 2020. I was living in a different building then, but the same neighborhood as this one. I went out on my porch (with the sirens going off) and behind the house across the street suddenly a tornado started forming, I saw tons of debris including an ENTIRE ROOF go spinning upwards into the air. I ran for cover. Then the part I didn't see was the funnel.touching down 9n the ground only half a block over from me, where it went traveled about 2 blocks east, went over Lake Michigan and turned into a water spout. Luckily the tornado was only an F1 or F2, would have been very bad if it was any larger. Houses and apartment buildings remained standing, many roofs were gone. Trees ripped out of the ground by their roots sometimes pulling the sidewalk straight out of the ground with it.

Holy shit! Maybe the next one can carry Serby away Wizards of Oz style

Murder Serby, take over the building, give everyone a key to the basement.
