well i've been going at it here for a while now. i've lost some weight and more importantly gained more definition. sure i'm not shredded there's lots more work before i get there. i'm tired though, i don't know if its because i really need a new bed or if its the late night mix of melatonin and theanine causing trouble to my system. so i've lost 30 pounds since i started this, which is pretty good. again i don't really care about the weight number as much as i care about how things look. the diet has been pretty stable, sure i ate pizza on sunday but i figure give myself a cheat day here and there, plus i'm still drinking beer on the weekends, though not nearly as much as i had been. the switch to something else will happen eventually. not sure when, but if i keep this up it could be sooner than later. i will get to the point where i know that i need to do it. who knows what will happen with that. the midsection is still being the problematic part, it looks like it doesn't want to budge at all. i know it will i just have to keep at it and it will be pummeled into submission. i'm still excited, one day at a time it will work. i've also upped my protein intake looking at pre and post workout protein. not just one but both. i've been trying to avoid anything with soy protein in it due to it upping the amount of estrogen in the body. i was surprised to find out it was in a lot of things, its in certain brands of beef jerky! i was very disappointed to find that out. i have to read the labels on everything now. even double checking protein bars and powder i have and will buy. doing my homework on that now as well. that's the update right now. my numbers are going up slowly which is exciting. so its good news so far. rest week is coming soon and i am not sure if i am excited about that.
