Day 1 in just testing

Ok so this is day 1 (again) of eating better and exercising…

Pix are from a great mix place I went to last night and where all my leftovers are from. The boy in the pix is my nephew. He’s gonna be 13 this month…

My said decided outta no where she wants to go to the movies. I don’t know what I’m gonna do eating wise. I shouldn’t have anything but it’s hard to say no.

Plus were going at 6, which is my normal dinner time so I’m gonna be hungry anyway.

I dunno what I can eat on the way to they movies that’s vegetarian and low carb so Im full and I don’t inhale popcorn and candy…

Not to mention, this day is from hell and id really like some candy to forget my job. Or maybe I’ll Choke on it and die and not have to go to work tomorrow…

6 am B: 2 eggs 1 1/2 slice cheese (I wasn’t even hungry I just hear you have to have breakfast
10 am S: Starbucks Double shot energy drink
1 pm L: left over Mexican enchiladas with rice and beans (like 2 cups weight wise of it all) and 3 cups flavored water
4 pm S: chocolate protein shake
D: veggie cheese burger & fries
D: chocolate brownie milkshake
GYM: no
WEIGHT: 265
