Day 2 in just testing

Well today I met my friend at the gym. She’s been going for months and said she’s lost 50 lb’s in 4 months.

She’s dieting as well. I dunno exactly how.

I got up in a haze at 4 am, made it to the gym by 5. We did her routine of 15 minds stretching and using hands weights, then PF’s 30 minute circuit, then 15 min treadmill. I didn’t go as hard as she did but I should if I want her results…

I tried to drink that energy drink at 4 am but my stomach was not having it…

We’re meeting again tomorrow.

The morning was rough but I’m so happy that I don’t have to beat myself up about not exercising today. I can go home and veg without guilt cause now I feel like I earned it

I didn’t totally veg cause I did laundry say my moms where she offered my crackers and 2 different ice creams. I said no.

630 am B: 2 eggs 1 slice cheese (I was hungry after gym)
8 am S: Starbucks Double shot energy drink
12 pm L: oven baked eggplant and cheese with water
4 pm S:chocolate protein shake
D: left over Mexican enchiladas with beans
