9/14/05: Mr. Chertkow in Victim of Society

I LOVE ART!! oh man my art teacher is sooo awesome. i am so lucky i got such a great teacher in a subject i really enjoy. Mr. Chertkow (pronounced cher cow) is just amazing. hes so weird its intriging and i love the way he teaches which is in a weird abstract way which makes things alot of fun and interesting in his class. my cuzin doesnt seem to agree but then again shes best friends with my most hated teacher. so that just goes to show we have differences in the people we attract to. which i sorta already knew being that she totally does not like andrea who is one of my best friends. but yeah my mom finally got to meet mr chertkow today at back to skool nite which was cool. i have been wanting to be an artist for awhile now and after taking his class and meeting him and going to the art show he told me about just makes me want to be an artist even more. i know i am not like super talented in art but i have such a passion for it and it makes me seriously happy and im so interested in learning all the different techniques that i hope i can improve and someday be a really good artist. even if its just a hobby and not like a carreer i would be happy. thats how mr chertkow is. he is a teacher but also an artist on the side and although i have not seen any of his work now i can only imagine how awesome they are. especially since he is really interested in the surrealist type of art which focused on weird paintings and sculptures that went beyond reality. ahhhh i <3 art =-D
