Marinated Chicken and Steamed Veggies in Rose and Andrew Cook

Ingredients:
1 bottle of marinade
2 chicken breasts
1 package vegetable medley
Spices (garlic salt, chili powder, pepper, seasoned salt)

Place chicken breasts in large ziplock bag with marinade for at least 30 minutes and leave in fridge.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cover a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with cooking oil.
Put chicken with marinade on the sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Flip over chicken and bake for another 10 minutes.

Steam vegetables for 15 minutes. Sprinkle spices on them.

This was a simple recipe, and it may have been the most successful meal I’ve prepared so far. It turned out perfect.
