
Ingredients:
Romaine lettuce
2 hard boiled eggs
1 large avocado
½ can large olives
2 ham steaks
About 6 portabella mushrooms
Parmesan cheese
Sharp cheddar cheese
Croutons
Ranch dressing
I just rinsed and broke the romaine lettuce into decent sized pieces and chopped the ham and eggs, and then I used my new Salad Shooter to slice the avocado, olives, and mushrooms and to shred the cheese. It was pretty sweet. Then I put the croutons and dressing on top.
Honestly, this salad was pretty bland. I would have used tomatoes, but Andrew doesn’t like them. My dad gave me suggestions for how to add more flavor for next time, but I am too tired to recall what he said right now. So. Sorry about that, haha. Maybe I’ll update this later.
