The fire is 16 miles from us at best. Thankfully there is still the big ass lake between us. ( No really its massive) So we are so far, fairly good. Its advancing on 3 sides and is growing thousands of acers a day. They brought in the hotshot teams from Alaska, Utah and a few others. The ones trained for forestry fires.

The smoke and air quality are horseshit. Im always running in migraine mode, It blows. A lot...
The smoke haze is keeping the temps down in the 90s so thats good and there MAY be a chance of rain on the mountain tonight. Not enough. The fire is an extremely dangerous one and is actually generating its own weather systems. Not just smoking, But actually creating cloud systems and lightning. Which you guessed it, makes it more dangerous.

The city canceled most 4th of july events. Which sucks. They did firework bans ( understandable) But most of the events canceled too. We have 12K displaced humans from the towns the fire is blazing through in the city. We should have things for them to take their minds off. I guess some neighborhoods rallied and are doing public cookouts. Not mine lmao. No one in mine likes to acknowledge we all live on the same street. Which for the most part, is ok with me...

We are making steak potatos and corn. Yum.

I offered to take in my bosses spider collection and chickens and stuff. But she found a place down a few towns south that is keeping everything together, so she feels ok. I also said she could park whatever ]extra stuff at my property. Not like i use the back acre anyway. but she declined. again, wants to keep everyone and every thing together. I get it. I dont have room for people to stay here. But offering to people  i know seems ok. Even if they dont take me up on it.
Its all good.

Its a lot of stress overall.
T went back to work and its hellishly stressful. Which causes me a lot of stress. I just want to sleep for the next 3 months...
