Roommate Dramarama in Current Events

I’m seeing someone, so they have been over a lot this week. I knew this was going to trigger my roommate, and it did. She came at me yesterday and decided that she makes the rules and is banning him. He had just stepped outside when she started to berate me, and I didn’t want to start a fight with my roommate in that moment, so that will be a later drama. It’s not a crime to have company, but we can set some healthy boundaries if we can talk like adults about it. I saw this coming because she makes everything about her, so I was waiting. I don’t even want to reiterate what she said to me. Tried to slut shame me for it. It’s just been the one guy over, and we aren’t even hooking up. Not that it’s any of her business.

I’ve been looking for one-bedrooms. I also spoke with a realtor about getting the process started with looking for condos. I was ready to move on from her for a while now. She’s a garbage friend and a garbage roommate and a garbage person. I have someone lined up to take her bedroom if she decides to go back to her parents. She will be a 40-year-old living in her parents’ basement and will still be fully convinced that she is better than everyone else. She has no friends because she looks down on everyone.

Anyway, I have been sick the last few days. Missed a lot of work. Missed some important events at work. I feel bad about it, but I didn’t have the strength. They saw that when I went in, and then they sent me home. I’m gonna go to a clinic today, possibly. I want to know what is happening at the back of my throat. It isn’t getting worse, but it isn’t getting better.

Carlo took me out to dinner yesterday. Then he started to ask the big questions about us. Long story short, we are exclusive.

Blah, I really want today to be a good one.
