So when talking about it at first. They made it seem like not so bad. Even talking with the Med Assistant last night, making it sound like its not that bad. I get there today and they tell me its going to hurt. I ask about topical lidocaine, they said they could inject some but it may burn. In my cervix...
And its so short, im better off not.
He explains the risks, which are fine. He tells me they will clamp the cervix and insert a dilater ( if needed) to pass the camera and catheter into my uterus and "suck up" endo tissue.  Anyway Ive had an IUD where they clamped my cervix in place and it was horrificly painful. They used the same clamp tonight. He tried without the clamp but everything moved. So he clamped me. Tony said the clamp looks gross. BUT it didnt even hurt that bad. Espcially considering the biopsy. They told me it would hurt. I had a spike stick in my hand and i squeezed and tony held my other and I didnt squeeze him, But i cried. A lot. The sucker to get the endo tissue was fucking AWEFUL. It was bad. I felt like I was having contractions and cramps at the same time. It took about 2 minutes and he even counted for me so you know how long  you are in it. I appreciated that.

They did find a polyp in my uterus. He attempted to get it with the sucker to send it to pathology. They could be precancerous or cancerous or not at all. Either way, having the uterus removed is a good idea.

Fuck that hurt...
