Today was just a super off day. I ended up staying up all night and didn't want to go to bed at 11am and wake up at 7pm and completely screwed my schedule up. I like my routine of waking up at 11am or so and working out until Noon or 1pm and then working out for a bit before bed. So today I only had like 300 calories and completely burned it off. I wasn't originally going to exercise because I didn't feel well but I ended up working out for 20 minutes after dinner.

I got off of my period today, it was my first period since starting this new lifestyle and it was a shocker at the end. Not only do I not know how much weight I gain during my period (I've never consistently weighed myself ever) but right after it actually stopped I had to go to bathroom four times in one hour after only drinking one glass of water. I definitely feel like I dropped a lot of water weight that my body had almost instantly, I even felt a tiny bit slimmer when walking by the mirror.

Even still, I'm worried about weigh in. I'm expecting a large number because I'm on a 800 calories a day type of diet (I don't try to hit that or anything, it's just what I hit on average) and my body at 349 lbs burns 2,750 calories on average just from rest. I keep over 1,000 calories left after eating and workouts which after the minimum 1,200 is taken into account I still burn 1,550 extra. So I burn 2,550 calories a day which is like 5 pounds a week if my body does everything it should. But math has never been on my side and the body isn't always something that can be broken down with math and different things can go right or wrong.

I don't expect anything from the scale. I would never presume to lose 5 pounds a week. The minimum I want a week is 2 pounds. I will obviously be happy with more but I will never been unsatisfied because my goal is 250 by next summer which means 2 pounds minimum which should not be difficult at all at my weight. I definitely won't be able to sustain the 5 pounds a week for too long because the lower my weight gets the less calories my body is going to be burning naturally. But the more I lose early the more of a buffer I have once I become lighter and the easier it will be to reach my goal weight.
