There Is A Hole. in Trials and Tribulation of Man Trying to Downsize His Size.

Today was a hard day food wise. I was off work and didn't walk, I got a pathetic 1000 steps on my fitbit. I ate and went back to eat more. I told Rita that it felt like I had a hole inside, that I knew food wouldn't fill it but I shoveled it in anyway. Tomorrow I will be back at work, it is my early day so I will be able to walk afterwards. Food will be less of a problem when I am not just kicking my heels. I feel like a schlub.
