Liquid Diet - day 4 - it’s working!

I was good!! Eeeeexcept I had a salad, which I’m not gonna beat myself up on. Annnd I had ice cream.. which I could beat myself up on but I didn’t Over Eat ice cream and that’s the silver lining.

I also took 2 detox teas yesterday and they did work and I pooped. Not a terrible amount but I did need it.

Also Will went to the gym by him self yesterday! He’s also in the liquid diet and hopefully it’s been successful and he isn’t having too many cheats himself…
