Just to record progress…
I can’t believe I’m in the 250s. It’s weird cause I struggle to see a BIG dif in my body yet 2 months ago I would have KILLED to be in the 250s!
It’s was a mini milestone for me. Cause the 250s was where I hung out for a loooooong time and where I was used to being. Then a few years ago I feel like I shot up to the 290s and couldn’t get back down!
Next mini milestone is the 220s cause that was the weight Will met me at and the weight I married him at.
Anything after that is kinda new territory cause I haven’t been under 220 in like 15 years.
