day 3 accountable in Second 1st

Okay, 3 days in on the workout thing.... doing good, doing good....

I woke at 1 am and it’s just after 5:30. I haven’t been able to get back to sleep so I’m just going to hope for the best and maybe take a nap later.

Normal things should have me moving till 7 then I may lay back down till the 9’s we will see. i succeeded on the calorie count yesterday having 227 unconsumed calories available.

Just something to drop in. I don’t have anything interesting this morning....
