week uh i don't remember in my challenge

so i've neglected this. i've been busy and going to bed much earlier. but i made the switch to the deluxe program on monday. now i feel the soreness that i've come to expect. monday was upper body and abs, killed myself on those, yesterday was lower body and it was pretty brutal as well. i'm actually looking forward to yoga today. it should feel pretty nice. i'm still taking it slow with most of the workouts. but i feel good about this week so far. next week should be better once i have all the workouts down. its also easier for me to do my workout after work. its the routine i think. i have a hard time on days off. monday was super tough, just motivation. though i was pumped after i did it. i'm still trying to figure out a good way around that on the weekends. sure i only have to do stuff on saturday but i want to see if i find a way to make it less of a fight in my head. i should probably get a battery for my scale so i can see the weight change. i really don't care about numbers when it comes to that but i should look for some thing right?
