cardio hell in my challenge

lots of cardio on this mess. which at times can be frustrating. the results don't show like they do with lifting. i don't see the extra reps at the higher weight. i don't feel like i've pushed past a threshold that seems difficult to reach. i mean sure i haven't done this workout a billion times and i need to give it some time. but i still feel good. there was no pain today, i woke up feeling good. i slept on my back last night vs my side. i think that may have helped a bit. i'm still considering the 2 breakfasts a day thing. do my 2 egg whites and 2 slices of turkey bacon, then once i get to work do a half cup of oatmeal. the jury is still out as to whether or not i will add anything other than cinnamon. i've been thinking honey or pure maple syrup. i'm just not sure if its a bad move. i'll do my homework and come back to that one. btw toasting the oatmeal is a great move. gives it a good flavor. pumped about today. i'm just fighting my urge to not work out. its really starting to become a battle some days.
