5/31/04: The Camping Trip in Victim of Society

Well at about 8:00 we leave Gil's house and drive for about 3 hours to some camp ground called Flying Flags over by Solvang. Since we got there pretty late we were all tired so we went to sleep. Me and drea slept in the car and Gil and Josh slept in the tent. Then at like 4 in the morning they came pounding on the car door because they were FREEZING. All they had was like 2 towels, a baby blanket and a sleeping bag and it was super cold outside. So then we all cramped inside and me and drea tried to go back to sleep but Gil and Josh kept on messing around so we didnt get much sleep. In the morning we ate breakfast, played some cards, watched TV in the recreation room and then went to Solvang. We were looking at all the shops and I wanted this white and black ring but for some reason I just couldn't take it. (Its hard for me to steal in lil cute stores like that) So we leave and then Andrea gives me the ring lol she took it for me! :-D Then we ate at Subway and met up with Gils parents and then went back to the campground. We all played frisbee and then got bored so we walked over to this resteraunt. Me and Drea met these two guys. One was this hot emo guy and the other one was this gangsta looking guy. The emo guy started talking to me and asked where we were from and stuff. After that I got bored cuz Drea gil and josh were juss sitting down so I went over to this other guy and asked for a quarter then I went and played Pac Man :-D. When we went back to the campground, we stole some beers from Gils dad and hid them in my bag. We were going to drink but we decided to wait until the next nite. Well we all slept in the tent that nite and it was pretty warm. I woke up at like 7:30 cuz i was on my period and I was scared of getting TSS or that i bled on myself (luckily i didnt lol) So, Sunday morning we eat breakfast, then drive down to the swimming hole. On the way there I kept thinking about how cool it would be to take a roadtrip with like Damir and Sky and Jake and all them....then I was imagining like Me drea gil and josh all drinking beers out in the fields listening to Tom Petty like in those olden day movies where the teens go off and drink beers out on the farmlands ...yeah...lol Well when we got to the swimming hole there was like dirty people with all there kids running around half naked and shit. Me and drea sat out and tanned and gil and josh swam around. When we left we had a pretty good tan. When we got back to the campground we played cards some more and took showers. Then I finished the chapters I was supposed to read for To Kill A Mockingbird. After it got dark, Drea stole another beer for us and put it in my bag. Well we all ate dinner and we were about to go get the beers when I noticed my bag was all wet. I looked inside and one of the beers spilt!!! It was all over my sweatpants and everything. We all cleaned it up all fast and sprayed Josh's Bod spray everywhere and luckily it wasnt noticable. Then we took the beers we had and Me Gil and Josh all drank out in the woods. After we went walking around and talking and spinning around and shit. Then we met these girls and me and Josh were pretending to be all over eachother and the girls were like are u guys going out? and we were like no were cousins. and they looked at us like wtf?! lol it was so funny. Then we were hanging out with gils lil sister and all her friends and they were like trying to get one of the lil girls to hook up with this guy and they were like "only if natalie and josh hook up!" and me and josh looked at eachother like yeah rite lol that would be soo weird. So then we got yelled out for being out to late so we went back to the campgrounds and roasted marshmellows and made smores. Then we went to sleep and this morning we had to wake up early to leave but overall it was alot of fun!! :-D
