day 5 and 6 in my challenge

so i am going to combine 2 on this one. yesterday i got through alright. my legs have been killing me though. i have to be careful with them. today's workout was mostly push ups, squats and that type of stuff. had some really hard exercises. i'm not sure if that is due to the workout itself, my soreness or a combo of the two. still going high protein though i had a smoothie with breakfast. i'm pretty wrecked right now. i didn't go out and drink last night, i stayed home and slept. while it did cost me fun i am ok with it. now i am going to shower up, eat a steak and go out.
