first week done in my challenge

ok so the first week is over. i was sore, i learned a bunch of exercises that worked muscles i had never isolated like that. i hit the point where i didn't want to do it anymore. so today's workout shouldn't be as surprising as its the same one i did last week. i am tired today. going to have to find a way to pump myself up to get this going. remind myself its only 30 minutes long and i can totally do that. but overall, glad i started and i'm going to keep going. because i like the way i feel when i'm working out. i like my clothes fitting differently. i like women throwing themselves at me (well more than they already do). i like that and i want that. i just need to keep reminding myself of that. remember my goals and the rewards i will give myself once i hit them.
