day 4 in my challenge

it was all push ups, chin ups and pull ups. my shoulders, chest and arms are a bit sore because of it. i think today is a mix workout. i finally got some sleep yesterday, woke up with energy. that's always a favorite of mine. had a breakfast of bacon, eggs, and oatmeal, which usually if i have a good breakfast the rest of the day is pretty good. lets hope thats the case. i'm starting to lose my excitement over this program. its still there and i know i can do it. i will work out later today. its always tough the first week. i have to power through it and just do it. just keep doing it until it becomes an ingrained habit.
