I am doing some serious bumming around today.
Not that I’m ashamed of that. I really needed some time to recharge and it just sorta worked out that everyone else is being a pain and therefore I’m hiding in my room. The social activities calandar has been hectic lately with the holidays and work stuff. So I haven’t really taken the time [or had the time] to sit back on my own and not think/worry about anything but relaxing.

Most of the morning was spent watching television and talking to my brother on the phone who hasn’t been feeling well. I’m pretty sure it’s just a stomach flu or something, but he’s horrible at taking my advice. I mean, it’s not that difficult to drink a cup of tea!

But anyway, after that I went to make breakfast and followed that by closing my door and lying in bed for way too much time. I’ve been working my way through a Deadliest Catch marathon and also poking around online. I started reading old entries that have been sitting in the bookmarks section for ages. So much reading! Everyone decided to update all at once. Like people who have been quiet forever have suddenly returned. Ah well. It’s kept me busy for most of the day.

I actually ended up switching the television off and working on some continuing education for work. I’d forgotten how many more classes there were to take before the season. It wasn’t so bad though. Ended up completing all but two classes, so that was nice. We’re not scheduled to work this week [as of now] but that tends to mean that we get less work-related type things done. I might sneak over there and do some stuff just so that I feel accomplished.

I’ve been distracted. I got up to get ready for church, and returned then rented some movies so it’s now late at night and I don’t feel like writing anymore. I’m going to finish my drink and head to bed. My contacts are killing my eyes, which is a good sign of needing sleep. :)
