Is there any way, you can do a delete comment after it's been posted by the commenter, however short it is. OD has one for, what, three minutes? I mean, even if it's like for 30 seconds. I have a shitty mouse at work (that I'm too lazy to replace) and sometimes I accidentally double or triple post and it's just gives me tics to not be able to delete a comment.

Any chance of being able to change text placement??? I would kill a spider like a big girl to be able to center my text :(

I am just happy that this is a place where you frequently make updates and improvements. Hopefully (not saying it won't, but you know...) it will stay that way! One entry in, and I think I'm liking it here.

Ok, is there an option to delete comments once posted?

This all sounds great, but it does kinda suck that we'll have to pay to block any possible troublemakers. That much doesn't seem right.

What happened to the navigation bar that let us move to the next bookmarked entry? Glitch or permanently removed? I dislike having to go back to the bookmarks page to get to the next one to read. :(

Ad sizing negotiation anyway, since this one doesn't affect your revenue: Is it possible to include enough sizing info in the HTML before the ad loads that the ad loading doesn't make below-the-fold jump?

Something is throwing off the phone view if I scroll down as soon as the page loads, and I think it's that.

And scrollbars in entry/comment boxes would be really nice, still.

Love it! Can you consider changing the location of the "save draft" button to idiot proof it? I keep accidentally saving draft instead of publishing because the 2 are right next to each other.

Hi There, I know we're in beta and you've done amazing things to keep this community going strong, and I thank you for caring about it and us. But..... hahaha... it's a small one. Is there any thought for connecting people through interests? I seem to be losing friends in the switch and I was hoping maybe I could find new ones... but aside from reading newest entries or manually going through peoples books, there's no way to find kindred spirits. :) Just a thought, and not a pressing one. Hey, did you change the shade of the separator lines back to a lighter shade of gray? They were awesome for a while, but then they seem to have gone almost transparent again now.

I think blocking should be available to everyone though..especially in case we have any younger users, who can't afford to get a subscription and would be more vulnerable to harassment.

I agree with the suggestion someone made above about connecting via groups and/or interests.

but I do love prosebox immensely. those are the only things I would change, but it's easy for me to say that and have no clue whatsoever how to create something like this >.<

Tonight/this morning actually I'm noticing big rectangular empty spaces at the top and bottom of every entry. Are places for the ads that I don't get because I accidentally have ad blocker? They're a little irritating and they weren't there yesterday. Maybe if you could put a little picture of a kitten or something fuzzy and cute for me and any other ad blocker people.
I suppose I'm willing to pay to write here. I make donations to 750words. I like voluntary giving better than required paying but I suppose if you have FEATURES for paying people then donations won't work.

Also I have no interest in blocking anyone. Actually I'd like a feature that forced people to read and note me. Can you do that? I think it should be an option. Maybe people could just send the troublemakers to me.

Please let me give you money to get rid of those HORRIFYING ads. :)

I tried to upload a video using a Photobucket link and it would not post? Anyway to fix that...

I truly misss the little Next and Previous navigation bar that used to be on a page I was reading and allowed me to move backward or forward in the same userr's same book. Often someone alludes to the previous entry and , with my senior memory, I want to check that entry. Now it is a little daunting and I jst shrug and quit reading. Also, I sometimes "discover" a book I haven't read and want toreadall of it. Please return paging back and forth in a book.

So glad to have a place to move to... thanks for all your work on this! It's delightfully refreshing. This has probably been discussed but... although the round pictures look nice, I think lots are avoiding adding a photo to their profile because they don't have a square photo to use.

It would be great to have an option to find writers with similar interests, either via a group we could post entries to, or via user selected "interests" that can be searched.

Just wrote my first entry. It feels so clean and quick... thanks! I missed the editing toolbar... a lot. In particular I missed viewing the html and seeing images without having to go to 'Preview' mode. I may not have figured it out completely yet though, so I'll keep exploring. :)

I like the changes so far! I do have a couple of suggestions, though. I often use the 'preview' feature to look at spacing and how my pictures look in the entry, but it would be really nice to be able to get back to editing without having to first 'save draft' and then go back and edit draft. If I could edit AND see my preview on the same page, that would be awesome! Or even just having a 'continue editing' button from the preview page would be lovely.

The other thing I'm having a bit of a problem with is resizing pictures. I'm not sure if it's because of the code itself (it's from Flickr which is terrible about hyperlinking) or if it's Prosebox, but I was trying to post a panoramic picture and make it a bit bigger and wasn't able to. It just looks tiny.

What's the check box by comments for? Can we delete a comment we sent in error? Can comments be previewed? Is there a place one could look up the answer to questions like this without bothering you?

This is a question rather than a suggestion since there's no way to PM anybody here. If I add someone as a friend but they haven't added me in return, can they still see Friends Only books? Also, would I appear on the main page to those I add as friends if all my books are Friends Only?

What do you think about making the various panels in the layout draggable/hideable? That way people who like them on the bottom or the top or stacked on one side can put them where they like, and the site could remember where they were placed.

Maybe I just can't see this option anywhere because I just signed up and if so can someone please point me in the right direction but coming from OD I was very fond of the "diary circles" they have (where you choose if you want to post your entry in a certain category, like poetry or advice or depression or eating disorder just to name a few) so you can more easily find and read diaries written by people who are going through or experience the same things as yourself so you can find support a little easier? Because I would love this place if it had that sort of option.

The more I play with this site, the more I love it! I have a few questions/suggestions

Is there any way to make coding easier? I am liking being able to choose the orientation of my pictures and wrapping text around it, but it would be really great if I didn't have to enter the code to do this.

My next two questions may just show my ignorance of HTML, and if so I apologize!

1. Can I add a background to my blog?

2. Is there a way to change the width of my blog, or is this a function of my computer settings? I know there are ads (though I would be very happy to give you money in exchange for an ad-free format!), but I feel like the whole entry is such a narrow column. Maybe I'm just computer ignorant?

This is a little petty, but before you moved the 'next' and 'previous' links, it would display the title of those entries, which I actually found helpful. Any way we could bring that back?

I've been thinking about the floating nav bar to the right. What about putting that stuff in more compact form into the breadcrumbs bar across the top, and giving that real estate up for entry space?

Plus, does the "My Prosebox" panel on the left have to be so wide?
