Literally just finished that. Graphic novel telling of the Kent State shooting on May 4th, 1970. Really indepth read.

The first book is straight up science fiction.
The second book is a bureaucratic/espionage type story.
Three was supposed to be the end of the trilogy with returning characters from both one and two.
Book four is the history of the area.
There is a film adaptation of the first book.

Jurassic Park by Micheal Crichton
So much different from the film!
I actually enjoyed the book a lot more than the movie. (Note: I do currently possess The Lost World and will be reading it soon.)
Earlier last week I went to see the new Masters of the Universe flick with Mike and our mutual bud Kieth. I was never a He-Man 80’s kid. The Real Ghostbusters was my go to Saturday morning cartoon. It was an enjoyable, fun experience.
I’ve also been on a Studio Ghibli kick and have watched SO many of their films.
Ponyo, My Neighborhood Turoro, Porco Rosso (my favorite), Only Yesterday (really good), Princess Mononoke, etc…
The library has become my sanctuary of distraction and insight.
Earlier tonight I watched the Aussie film Garage Days thanks to the Hoopla app. I was able to stream it to the TV set in the living room so mom and I could both watch it. She didn’t find it funny like I did. I previously watched it a very long time ago on Cinemax late one night. They’d show a lot of indie flicks after the usual Skin-A-Max softcore porn around midnight to one AM.
Not that I’m an expert. 🤠
