That spontaneous fight or flight sounds like an anxiety attack. It's like experiencing a jump scare that doesn't want to quit. This too shall pass. This too shall pass. It's a good mantra. There are a lot of tips and tricks to reduce the symptoms but getting to the bottom of it can be a journey and a half. You are going through a lot of changes that you don't have control of. That could be the source of it.

I would recommend taking control of everything. Dial it in. Your diet, your budget, create a new lifestyle. Review what is creating health and what is not. Make those hard choices. Whatever they are. If there is mental health issues, you will have to accept that you have a problem. Then accept that you can be a person without that problem. Then the hard part is admitting that you cannot fix the problem on your own because it was your mind that created it. It cannot be the same mind that fixes it. The fourth step is where most people tap out. Get help.
