Diet Flop and Restart in Elaina - Vita Post Mortem

Urgh...

So I knew I had to have gained weight this week because I crashed on my diet super hard. To be fair, I had only been on it like a week but still...

So I knew that I had probably gained all of my weight back (and I did) but this time I'm definitely sticking with it. I had my ceremonial last meal last night and I am finishing up my last diet soda this morning and I'm going to get to it.

My current goal is to go from 360 to 180ish by June 2015. I would be happy with at least 250 which was my high school weight which is still pretty bad but a much more reasonable goal in that amount of time but might as well over shoot. Going to eliminate a lot of the bad: Diet Soda, Cheese, Bread (cutting back), Sugar and Sweets; pretty much my entire current diet.

A lot of this will center around a schedule (specifically pertaining to the morning) that I need to keep.

Wake Up Treadmill - 30 Minutes Yoga (Every Other Day) - 15 Minutes Weights (Every Other Day) - 15 Minutes Pilates (Alternating Days From Yoga/Weights) - 30 Minutes Wash Face Brush Teeth Take Shower Apply Lotions/Deodorant Make Breakfast Do Makeup Remember to Eat Something Every 4-6 Hours Wash Face Brush Teeth Sleep

I haven't been doing a lot of these things because I've been rolling out of bed and immediately getting on the computer and staying there all day for the past... four years or so. But I really need to take 1.5 to 2 hours in order to do this stuff in order to feel better about myself. I don't think I'll be starting to exercise right away however due to my current weight it's really difficult to do any sort of workout comfortably. I can lose quite a bit of weight right off the start just with a 1,200 Calorie diet and once I lose a bit I can more comfortably exercise.
