206!!! in Weight Loss Surgery

This is working and it really isn’t killing me too much!! I feel like I’ve tried intermittent fasting before, even after the surgery, and I didn’t really hook into it before. But for some reason, this time it does seem to be sticking and I’ve lost 3lbs in a week!
I’ve been at around 205 for like MONTHS. If I get past 205 that will be major and hopefully indicate a downward trend for the rest of the year till I get to my goal of 175!
I’m going to my fav museum today in NYC and so I predict a lot of walking. I’m going to try my best to stick to the intermittent fasting but my sister doesn’t know I’m doing it (she’s taking me) so she’ll prob make a big deal about me not eating. I kinda don’t wanna tell her I’m fasting cause she just makes a big deal about everything…
Meanwhile she’s smaller than me (she takes Sandrexa or Vitoza, some kinda weight loss shot in your stomach) so let me live, right?
PS she did gain weight with her pregnancy and developed diabetes and so they tried a buncha meds on her for her blood sugar and found a drug that helps lots of people lose weight. So now she’s lost the weight but still stays on the meds to maintain.
I, for some reason, was afraid to get on the same meds but went ahead and had weight loss surgery! I rather be cut open and be permanently changed than be on drugs for life. To each their own.
But I’m sure I’ll still get to eat good things today, just within my hours if at all possible. It’s kinda like a vaca / cheat day but my body can put back on 3 lbs in an INSTANT. It’s always the way. I lose weight during the week and then 1 day of bad eating puts it all right back on. And I really don’t want to deal with that disappointment. So hopefully I can resist and stay on track.
