I totally did not expect a loss because I’ve been INHALING cheese bread. A piece of toasted cheese bread with butter has been my “dessert” like every night and I know that late at night is the WRONG time to eat that if I’m going to eat something so carby at all but my body has been unusually forgiving.

I don’t know if I mentioned that on the weekend I went to a sort of indoor food market and I got cider donuts - which Will inhaled (I got 1) but I found them a little hard / stale so I’m not even disappointed but what was nice and soft was a loaf of CHEESE BREAD.

So I’m glad it’s in the right direction.

It’s stupid for the scale to effect my emotions so much but sometimes I feel like I didn’t even lose weight unless the scale says it. So today I’m kinda on a high and my clothes feel great and all this stuff because I’m down 2 lbs. If I gained even 1/2 a lb I would be all grumpy and feel frumpy in my clothes and all that jazz when really that 1/2 lb in no way effects the way my clothes fit....

And today is MEASUREMENT DAY!
