Sometimes I like to test myself in Weight Loss Surgery

So this morning I noticed that I seem to be drinking just fine. I’m past the point of tiny sips and can actually fill my mouth with liquid and drink like a normal person - at least tea. I haven’t tried it with anything else.
So I thought I could probably eat with a regular spoon - not the app spoons I’ve been using - for my cottage cheese.
3 full spoons back to back - eating like a normal person - and my body was like Nope. You’re done.
Que hiccups and burping and my stomach making loud gas noises like I swallowed a whole thanksgiving dinner.
Nothing hurts I’m just physically stuffed even though mentally I’m not. Because I woke up hungry and I know that normally 3 spoons for foods doesn’t leave anyone full so I have the urge to finish my breakfast but physically I feel like I couldn’t eat another bite!
So I guess that means, even if I was at Emma’s birthday party yesterday, and even if I gave in to temptation and had the pizza, I’d prob get 3 bites down before I was done.
Which sounds great in theory even though I know pizza is not the right food for me and I have NO idea what a greasy slice will do to me.
I guess I’m just still baffled and amazed by myself. Still seems unreal that the doc I’m going to see today had his tools elbow deep in my abdomen and actually removed a piece of me. Wonder where that piece is now.... garbage? Do they burn that sort of stuff? I dunno.
