Feeling Overwhelmed in My life....I can't make this shit up!

Yesterday I had a nice Veteran’s Day. I got my coffee and breakfast and went to work. I was going to go to Applebees because they were offering a free entree, but we had a drug rep lunch and it’s one of my favorite places so I stayed at work. After lunch I finished some stuff up and went to a mom-and-pop shop near my office that was giving Veteran’s a free ice cream cone. I figured it would be a small kids cone....nope. It was a huge waffle cone. Delicious though!
Afterwards I went to Mom and Dad’s house and hung out a bit. We talked about decorating for Christmas and how we’re going to move our crap into their house.
When I got home the living room floor was COVERED IN WATER. Honestly, I thought it was dog pee. Minnie’s getting to be an old girl, so it’s not unusual for us to get home to one or two small piddle puddles on the floor. We have tiles so we usually clean it up no big deal. But this. This was not a small piddle puddle. I honestly thought this dog was sick and spent the entire day peeing all over the floor. When Brian got home he helped me clean it up and we went to Chili’s for dinner since they were giving a free Veteran meal as well.
When we got home about an hour and a half later (we ran other errands) the floor was AGAIN COVERED IN WATER. This time we knew it was not possible that Minnie did it. It was too much liquid and it did not smell like urine. I opened the AC and it was soaked inside. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!?
I called my parents, and my dad seems to think that using the wet/dry vac will clear it out. The ground is so saturated that the part where it drips from is probably clogged. We also texted the landlord who said he’ll call the AC people today. Thankfully it’s not 100 degrees at night right now so we were able to stay home.
I was so frustrated with the whole situation that I started packing small stuff last night. All the DVD’s, Video Games (except Switch), the Xbox, pictures, nic-nacs. I ordered two huge things of packing paper and bubble wrap too. After work I’m going to get to LOWE’S to get more boxes. If I could dedicate three days to packing the house non-stop and get a PODS out I’d move today. I’m so sick of this house.
Anyway, since I was so frustrated I couldn’t get to sleep. I ended up stopping packing around 11 but still was too wound up so I was watching stupid tiktoks and whatnots. I finally went to bed after midnight but didn’t get to sleep until just before 1AM, only to be woken up by Cam using his flashlight through the house to tell us that a cat threw up and pooped on his bed. ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS! Brian got up and cleaned up the mess and I sent Cameron in to sleep on the couch. I also got up to go to the bathroom for THE FUCKING TOILET TO NOT FLUSH!! ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS!!!
I seriously cannot wait until my divorce is finalized (which I still do not have a court date for) so I can apply for a VA loan and get our own house. I really hope that by April we’re in our own place.

For right now I”m sitting in my office trying to find the motivation to get shit done, but all I keep thinking about is things I could be doing at home.

I just feel overwhelmed and pretty beat down right now.
