Well…here it is. One year. I feel like it was just yesterday…yet, at the same time, it feels like it’s been a long and endless journey. I have so much to tell you. A lot has happened since you left. Not all good but not all bad either. I still hope for the day that I can see you again. Since you left…I haven’t been too good. I think I do a good job of pretending because everyone at work says I’m one of the happiest and most positive people they know. But…they don’t know the prison I’m in when I’m alone. Every song still reminds me of you. Every couple I see, I see us. No matter how hard I try, I see you in every part of my life. Because I did everything with you. I will always remember that. I don’t want to draw this out. I want to save the things I have to say for the day you come back to say hello. Until then.
