Gray Matter in Life After 60

Being off work for two months has taken its toll on me. Not just physically but mentally. Not doing things every day has caused me to have brain fog. Either that or the early stages of Alzheimer’s or Dementia has set in.
What is scary is when you pick up your laptop to look up something and by the time it boots into Windows I have forgotten what I was going to look up. When I go to Wal*mart I park in the same aisle each time so I remember where I parked. Believe me, I am not making light of those who have these diseases, I have seen the terrible things they do.
Just live each day as it was your last. The reality is, that one day it will be.
