It’s been a long time since I’ve actively tried to lose weight, but that’s where I am again. Unfortunately, it’s going to be a lot harder than it ever was, as I can’t just pick up and go for an hour and a half walk in the middle of the night anymore. Likewise, I can’t just drink a Starbucks in the morning and then only eat dinner, because that won’t allow me to produce enough milk for my baby girl. So it’s going to be a challenge. I’m going to have to eat more than what I’m comfortable eating, but be a lot more mindful of WHAT I eat. I’m going to use this book to keep track of my food intake which will hopefully help me be more mindful of what I’m putting in my body. It has worked in the past, so fingers crossed!

Your weight is coming right off . Just do not let yourself get too hungry. Can you have fruits and vegetables ?

Yes I just don't really make the effort of preparing them. Cutting everything up, etc. I have every excuse under the sun right now but that will have to change if I want to make this a thing.
