Baby it’s -56c outside in Current Events

Does anybody else here know what -56c feels like? Well it hurts. Our bodies stop pumping blood to any body part that is exposed pretty fucking fast. I rescheduled the therapy appointment that I have been whining about for months now. He was understanding. I’m not even beating myself up over it. It’s downtown and there are three things that I ain’t got patience for.
1) calculus
2) small talk
3) downtown parking
It’s way too cold outside. I’m only beating myself up over the fact that I did not have time yesterday to do my 100 pushups. I’m actually considering hiring a fitness coach though. What have I got to lose? I’m feeling fired up today. I’m ambitious about this year, I have a lot of positive changes and opportunities coming up.

-56 is effing INSANE!! I can't believe people even live in areas that get that cold, it just seems insane to me. The coldest temp I've experienced in my life was -6 degrees back on the farm and THAT was freezing. My God! :O

I ask myself that all the time. Make space for me under your bed, I'm moving in! Honestly, our summers climb up to +40c and I can't take the heat. It's so much easier to warm up than to cool off

Even the spectrum of temperatures there blows my mind. Where I am, I've never seen snow, it's never cold enough. Right now it's around 30-35 degrees during the day and I'm waiting for our balmy Autumn to arrive again :)
And I have more room in my new room than my old one so there's plenty of space for you haha.
