Since you are all mostly new readers, I will tell you I work a lot into the evenings and by the time I get home at night am too worn out to cook, but I am trying to take better care of myself and have been trying to cook bigger meals so that I can do left overs and have real dinners instead of cereal (although I love cereal and will eat it until I die).
Tonight I made taco meat so I can make taco salads and soft tacos. I used organic taco mix to make it and am excited to see if my body deals with it better than the store packs that are filled with preservatives. I suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome and have dealt with it since I was 19. I would say 80% of the meals I eat make me sick and if this caused me to lose weight, I would at least have one happy side effect, but it causes me to be miserable and be in constant search of a bathroom. I have made some changes in the last few months to what I eat and have been eliminating as many preservatives if I can and it has helped. So I shall see how this taco seasoning works. In other news well there really isn't any lol. I am broke because of all the school cancellations. When there isn't school I don't see my client and therefore don't get paid, In the past 5 weeks I have lost over 60 hours of pay. It is tough to make ends meet. At least both of the kiddos I work with have been having less negative behaviors so that has helped me recover a bit mentally. In my personal life, I have started talking to two different men from the online dating site and I use who live close to me. So far they are both gentlemen and are taking things slow just as I like so we shall see what happens. That about wraps up my thoughts for the day. I am going to go enjoy some Olympics and perhaps do some laundry.
