so like i said. er well i eluded to. rather. i um. The night before the funeral we had dinner at my Aunt Joan’s. it was. it was nice. there were 25 people there. one of my great aunts and her son Charles. who i couldn’t remember who he was and i didn’t want to just blurt out ‘who are you?’ so that whole time I was just confused. big dude. and Charles’ wife Sharon and their daughter Marie who. is now 17 and last time i saw her she was um 3 i think.
and um. my mom’s Aunt Jan and her husband Kevin. my mom’s cousin katie clark. and her husband Sean and daughter Shauna. who is 14 god that’s so young at my age.
my Aunt Sue and uncle dave. and cousins jim and rachel and their kids brynnan and brynna and logan.
um and megan and Tyler. and my aunt Cindy. and my uncle brad i think maybe. he would’ve been there as he’s married to um that lady. from michigan oh my Aunt Joan.
so that’s. at least 23 people counting my family.
When I heard Joan was getting boston market for us all I pictured like. a small qt size cup of mashed potatos. yes she ordered 25 of those that’s exactly what she did. i’m kidding. No we had these big. dishes of mashed potatos and stuffing and mac cheese and um. this spinach stuff it was ok. i tried a bit and after that. i didn’t think i wanted more so.
That’s one thing i like about being at Aunt Joan’s is that it’s a buffet. she keeps the food in the kitchen and we all eat in the dining rm. well some ate in the kitchen. as opposed to having the food on the table and having to ask for it. also i get a soda there. i don’t drink soda a whole lot. other then wkly.
so yeah. it was nice which. i didn’t think i’d like it that much.
