It's funny. So many people ask me if I enjoy working there and I honestly say YES I do. And they look at me like I'm crazy. But how could I not enjoy it? I'm having so much fun and it would never have happened if I didn't lurk Craigslist as soon as I moved here and saw the ad. It wouldn't have happened if I took the job in Georgestown instead of calling Kim back and asking her for an interview.
Last night I worked with V and Jon. V asked if I wanted to go out for drinks after work at Sylvan St bar so of course I said yes. I called Dave to ask if he wanted to and he said sure. Jon said he was going too so I was a little nervous about them meeting each other, but figured it was bound to happen at some point anyway. Jon and I left work at the same time and he was rummaging through his car because he lost his wallet. I felt pretty bad for him and he said he couldn't go to the bar now. I shrugged it off and went home to get ready. Dave and I got there around 9:30 and everyone started showing up. V, Megan, Dee, Sarah, and Tony. We started drinking right away and of course I had to have my jager. Then Jon walks through the door and my heart jumped out of my chest lol. He found his wallet on top of his car hahaha....So they finally met each other and we had a fun time playing bar trivia. Our team name was Ferny-Poo lmao
I had three jagar drinks plus the girls and I took a shot together of some fruity peach stuff. I'm sure there are fun pictures floating around facebook, but since I don't have one anymore I don't have access to them or else I'd post some here....Dee was putting her arm around Jon and looked at me and said "Wouldn't we make such a cute couple?" Jon gave me a funny look and I just said "yeah you guys would look great together" He wasn't even touching her and looked the other direction and she was like shocked that he wouldn't flirt back with her. It was hilariousss. It was around midnight and Dave had long ago finished his beer and was getting antsy and wanting to go home. V asked if I wanted to go back to her place to smoke with them. I asked Jon if he would give me a ride home after and he said yes so I told Dave he could leave and I would get a ride back home later. Everything ended up working out pretty fucking sweet for me. It kind of makes me nervous how things have been working out to my advantage quite often. V, Jon, Megan and I went to V's and of course I didn't smoke because I was shitfaced and that would have been a bad idea. But they did and then this random guy who is a member at the club shows up. Like literally just walks into V's apartment. We all looked at each other like "what. the. fuck. is. he. doing. here?" He picked up the piece and smoked and then went to the bathroom. We all went outside to have a cig and he was like just wandering around her apartment. It was seriously weird. I went back inside to make sure he wasn't doing anything and I asked him why he was there. He was like "Oh to smoke" I guess he was at the bar we were at and heard us talking about smoking back at V's and he knew where she lived because he's been there before so he just invited himself over. It was almost 2 and Jon still had to drop me off and drive all the way back to North Andover so we said bye to Meg and V and were on our way. We parked behind McDonald's and had some really hot sex in the backseat of his car again. Ahhhhhh. I am bad. I am very bad.
