Loss of Patience

Why can’t I describe
You lack of competance?
I don’t think the words
Would do justice to the nonsense.

Striving to make it better,
Flailing to make you understand,
I don’t know how to make you all see
My reasonable demands.

The lack of reasoning
You all employ;
Makes this unhealthy relationship
Easier to destroy.

I am lacking remorse now
And will probably never let go –
I have been pushed to every whim
And it’s time you must go.

This is for all those people who work in management with people who don’t seem to “get it”. Some of the people who work for me read these writings and I don’t want them to think this about them as chances are it’s not. This is a rather frustrated rant and is not a normal feeling that I have about the people I work with – all I can say is that we all “have our days.” – Joe
