Round and Round

Round and round
Speaks the jossled poet;
Aching sanity, ‘twill pass, I know it.

I’m stammering from
Tempestuous fever
All will reasoned
And comfort my demeanor.

The sleep will come
The silence will call –
Today leaves emptyness
Of the disdainful fall.
