food and piercings in Second 1st

Last one this morning.... This is about food/weight progress and the 2 piercings in case you want to skip it.

Got 2 books in the mail day before yesterday. I started looking at both of them. The one is meal planning for a month. Meaning you spend a day in the kitchen and have home cooked meals in the freezer the rest of the month. This would help avoid eating out and eating too much because they would be portioned out before hand. I am unsure that this one will work at all for us because though it’s laid out perfect it’s built for families of 4-6 .... a 2 week plan would then play out for us for a month and a half!.... also would be a lot more in money initially than I’m expecting. So, cut the portions in each recipe and remake the amazing grocery lists they already have...... ok now we are in the too much work zone. Granted I could go through the book and do this ONE time THEN do a plan.....but that means I have to write in it :( because I’m not building a companion notebook. So I guess it’s fix it or back to the search for SIMPLE meal planning for 2.

The second book was Just Tell Me What To Eat!..... and it’s more than I wanted as well. It is a 6 week weight loss plan that sounded like a great idea but Chapter one has me thinking otherwise. The meals feel elaborate.... like far to much work… Why would I make corn relish? with Salmon....no thanks I like my fish with lemon.... I don’t know.... I did eat a suggested breakfast this morning..... leading to day so far....

Got up, threw on the cloths I’ve designated as walking cloths, walked. I hated it more this morning than ever. I got up later than I wanted and got to parade my fat ass in front of a ton of kids waiting for the bus :(. I will have to go earlier Monday. Took a shower when I got home. Threw cloths in the wash and took a look at breakfast choices out of previously mentioned book. Chapter 1 lists weekday options.... which honestly I’m not sure they apply. I mean Weekday options are for those who work during the week.... I do not but whatever. There is a list of approved high fiber cereals.... and then a choose one of each bread, topping, and protein. I think I cheated but I don’t feel like it.

English muffin Whole grain.... it’s a choice but I don’t have whole grain … just regular shrugs chose it anyways. Toppings either 2 teaspoons this or that.... I chose 1 teaspoon of each of 2 things.... not sure that’s cheating but whatever.... and egg for protein which I put on one half or the muffin. It was good..... but…

Rocky’s up now… just woke… expected that to be a lot longer.... now I’ll have to fix food for him? and though I ate an hour and a half ago will probably eat again? :( erggy....... OR, screw that he can fix his own cereal. He attempted to mow the lawn yesterday morning but it was too wet. I bet it’s too wet again… or too hot… but he’s up so maybe he will try.....

piercings.... nose is doing great … hasn’t been red like at all… lip not so much.... there is a red ring around the puncture site and it itches pretty bad. I will keep an eye on it but I’m afraid I wasted 35 on it.
