-Arm machine that pushes up, 2 sets of 15 reps, 30 lbs. for the first set, 40 lbs. for the second- 40 lbs. was definitely a challenge.
-Arm machine that you straddle and pull towards you, 2 sets of 15 reps, I think 40 lbs.
-Another arm machine, 2 sets of 15 reps, I think 40 lbs.
-Pterodactyl arm machine, 2 sets of 15 reps, unknown weight.
-Good girl leg machine, 2 sets of 15 reps, 40 lbs. for both sets- 40 lbs. was OK, but 50 lbs. was too much.
-Bad girl leg machine, 2 sets of 15 reps, 50 lbs. for both sets.
-Sled leg machine, 2 sets of 15 reps, 80 lbs. for both sets- could have gone higher.
-Cable hands up machine, 2 sets of 15 reps, unknown weight.
-Cable rows machine, 2 sets of 15 reps, 15 lbs. each set.
-Cable archer machine, 2 sets of 15 reps, unknown weight.
