It’s been a while. Not for one reason or another, i just haven’t had the will to write.
My title is inspired by a little workshop i took over the weekend at a 4 day solstice gathering out in the woods. The teacher mentioned a little mantra she likes to repeat when she has thoughts arising when she is trying to meditate, ” i’m sorry, i forgive you, thank you, i love you”
What a beautiful way to start my final week teaching (remember that big ole snow Portland had? it means i get a whole extra week of teaching)
On this day 2 years ago i was in Izmir, Turkey with Johnny. Seven years ago today i was in Mexico City (solo), excited about visiting Frida Kahlo’s home.
I have more to say at a later time.
