Andrew and I have been playing around with a few recipes from his cookbook. Here are a couple of meals we’ve prepared in the past week.
The first one is sesame chicken meatballs, green beans and pecans, and garlic potatoes.

The second one is tangy lemon chicken.

They both turned out pretty good. The meatballs were really hard to keep in the “meatball” shape, so next time we make this we’re going to prepare the meatballs the night before, freeze them, thaw them, and see if that makes any difference consistency-wise. Andrew cut up the vegetables in the tangy lemon chicken into really big pieces. We both agreed we would have preferred smaller pieces. Other than that, everything was tasty!
