The sun is shining. Poured hard this morning. The color green is draping the trees where they should be green.
The weekend was okay. Spent time with my son at the mall. Watching him eat the sushi I wanted to taste, because I haven’t had it in awhile.

I finished my midterm. Needed help with my essay questions. Acquired a few talking points and constructed some bullshit that I hope the Adjunct Professor Patrick Baldwin (not his name. He looks like Alec Baldwin and sounds like Patrick Warburton-Joe from Famly Guy is teaching my class and he’s a sarcastic jerk. funny dude.) will accept.

I spent the weekend studying and fretting over the essay questions and studying the chapters we were supposed to read. That was a lot to do in a week considering I do have a life outside of my Labor and Employment Law textbook.

The corner bar reopened briefly yesterday. I don’t know if that was a one time only gig so they can drink out the remaining stuff in the bar. I wonder if Jean Ann is going to still own the building and rent it out as banquet or party space. Would be nice. as a venue. Bar downstairs, party upstairs. A kitchen for people to do their own catering in. Patio for the outside people and smokers. Who knows.

I’ve also been on a St. Louis favorites binge. I’ve consumed lots of gooey butter cake lately. I’ve indulged in Imo’s Pizza and Friday I had some toasted ravioli. I don’t want any Red Hot Riplet chips. Not today at least. Oh, toasted ravioli is ravioli coatedin bread crumbs and deep fried. Amazing stuff.

Went to the library again this weekend. The only reason I go to the library is because I don’t have actual chairs at my house. I have stools to sit on for the kitchen chairs. I need table and chair space. However, I am bound never to go to the library again. There is a noise tolerance there and I get distracted easily. I get annoyed and irritated easily. Let me not dwell on that either.

Well, I have a few more sections to go in the last chapter. Let me work on those before something else sidetracks me.

Kindest regards,
Sister
