Still working through things, but I think I’m making progress.
Things paid:
* Back to my level of comfort on various things
* Paid for a year of PB
* Travel to see my mom in a few weeks
Still to do:
* Go to dinner with my wife
* AI subscription (still thinking Perplexity)
* Donations for the two charities I consume most
Trying to figure some other financial stuff. The insurance company has approved me, but I’m still going to need to do Social Security Disability, which I never wanted to do. But I’m going to be forced to. Just as the trust fund runs out of money. Good stuff, politicians.
I’m past-due for what would have been my monthly Keysimpta injection, because I’m going to be taking part in a research study my neurologist is running at Georgetown. It’s a replica of this – https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT05124912
So I have to be off the old med for 90 days before I can start the research one (or placebo!). The new one is a twice-daily pill instead of a shot. Or infusion.
But we’ll see what I feel like after I’m on my trip.
