On a work trip and decided to drive across the country and have found myself, “deep in the heart of Texas!”
Had a few meetings this morning then an advocacy meeting to help a young woman with 3 children. She suffers from debilitating migraines. She has waited 4 years to appear before a judge. This is actually ridiculous! The average wait is 2 years. There were some issues that were against her but we had a very sympathetic judge that agreed to some negotiated terms to grant her benefits. This was a huge win for this young lady. Those cases almost never pan out for people who are young.
Found out that several country radio stations are going to release a song of mine next week. This is amazing news. I am very grateful.
