Im on my spring time plant kick.
I got a few new ones and have been repotting some of my older ones.
I made a spreadsheet to track my "rarer" plants though with some greenhosues mass producing and selling to the walmart home depo and lowes, you can get them easier now! Which is how ive gotten a few of mine haha.
But I only have like 35 house plants at home.
I repotted some of my newer guys in healthier soil ( I mix my own) and Bathed everyone really well and now they are doing good.
My work bestie is getting a license complaint. Because she didnt push a SA vic to report her rapist... 4 years ago... You know whats so shitty. You CANT push a SA vic to report. Its literally against the code of ethics. Plus she didnt WANT to report then. She fought against it. But now her regrets 4 years ago her's choices and he got off scott free so she wants someone to blame. So her therapist seems like a good option? Its dumb. The documentation supports my gal asking, and her refusing which is all she can do by the code of ethics. Even the SA clinic confirmed she did what she was supposed to do. They told me they get it a lot there, The vics turn around and report the clinics for not doing more, Not understanding the legality of it form this side.
Im off my ajovy ( insurance woes) and on to emgality. I took my loading shots yesterday. Two of them. Freaking brused the hell out of my leg ( favorite injection point) I have a bit of a headache. I can manage. HOPING it helps. Its a slightly different type of CGRP med.
I spent 80 dollars on 2 balls of yarn. I know im a freak ok.... Its super pretty and ill never do it again. T said I can, But i wont lol. Ill lok for options on etsy. I mean i cna prob find some comparable ones for 25 instead of 40. But its SOOOO pretty. But what am i going to do with 440 yards lmao. I didnt think that through. Its enough for 2 hats. Or a shortie shawl...
I got my first study guide for the SHRM test. Its a really good HR program that you can do without college. You get that cert and its really coveted in HR. IDK if it is for MY boss lmao. But still. Now I have my SHRM study guides, "the 9 faces of HR" and the 5 disfunctions of a team to read for work... And what do I do ? Read smut like any other good millennial. Im at ....35 books for this year. Not the GREATEST. More then 20 were read on Jan... Last year Feb was MY MONTH and I got 26 books in 28 days. This year. I think I did like 4? Idk. Trying to get my reading on. I read a lot of ARCS (Advanced copies) there is a website called booksprout that i go on looking for books. They have a shit ton more then smut. I get all sorts of therapy resources, coloring books , kids books lol. All sorts of ebooks. And its free.
My one receptionist is going to be out till like May. Shes on FAMLI which is pd colorado leave for maternity or illness. Shes having back surgery. We are going to feel it, But I could hire and what, train someone in 6 weeks? Idk, We could talk about it. Their jobs are complex. Scheduling takes knowlage. Not everyone gets in, We screen people out based on needs then filter to which of our 55 therapists are the best fit. So its a thing because that is a LOT of therapists and we are bringing on 6 more in May.... We are growing SO fast. I need competent people. And while she didnt FILE for FMLA, shes DAMN good at her job and I do want her back in may... We probably COULD support an additional staff memeber part time once shes back. Its hard to hire someone to come full time and then make them move PT in a few months though. We tried it. Was rough. We tried a PT and PRN receptionist. That was the crazy one. Not that the PT PRN had anything to do with that lmao. But were were going for 2.5 people at that point. Now I run this happily on a team of 4 and 2 Virtual assistants. And one is out regularly. It tightens everyones belts.
We are so close to getting building 7 done. Its literally been 1 year this month for number 6 and a year in april for 7 ( my location now) We are ALMOST done. Just the ADA stuff they are making us do. Then we can go BACK to 6 and finish it seeing the city stepped in and said we needed to convert an entire OFFICE into a damn bathroom. Its a thing, Plus tons of other things. Its fine, we are FINE lmao. We are frazzled for a year of it, but ok.
We are getting a billboard and a bus tail and probably bus benches with our names/.logos on it. And talking about renting a highway/road sign with our name on it haha.
And we are looking for another cat. Its SO hard to find cats/kittens here!
