Welp. I think we picked an applicant. Came down to two younger girls. 23 and 25. One with experence in management, one a blank slate. The 23 yo was more impressive ( manages a remote team, does a lot of auditing, team building) BUT she had a bit of a flag. The other girl has no exp, no training. Pretty trainable feeling. Her flag was less external and more what if.
So we think we will do the second girl.
Im glad its done. I called for references on them both just in case. Lets see who gets back to me first lol. Its a clue TBH.
How urgent are you. Because we operate urgently. We move fast. We get things done. POP POP POP, done. Can you fire urgently... We have hired less urgent people and we hate it. They cant keep up. I dont mean our rapid fire brains. Because you should see us blend, meld and operate multiple human bodies as if we have one brain. Its kinda amazing. ADHD brains connect faster then nuronormies. We dont need whole words or sentences to "get it" there are three of us "in power" in the office, CEO, Clincial Director and myself. We recently added another "normie" into our senior management team. Now they outnumber us spicey types lol. there are 5 of them! But the three of us can connect, move fast and its like bam. Most people feel like their heads are spinning.

anyway... tangent. I think we found someone so hopefully ill do references tomorrow and hire by monday. She is working so we may have to wait. UGH. we hates it. Literally. We get it, and we hate it lol.
Tomorrow im going to put together our company christmas gifts. Unfortunately newgal wont get one. Shes at best a womans small. Prob xs. And the lady who left, she was a mens large. Soooo she cant just "get" the gift.
We ordered custom crew neck jackets for everyone for Christmas. Im putting together gift bags, with that, cocoa sets, and a custom christmas card I designed, I gotta sign 55, and stamp CEOs name. She said she would order me a name stamp with my signature, but i said, its not like i sign MY name on things. I sign HER name on things lol. Which is why i have a siggy stamp. But there are 55 jackets. in 6 colors, to sort, put into gift bags and tag everyone so they are ready at our Holiday party in TWO FREAKING WEEKS. OMG.
Awww my hormonal puberty 14 yo boy just said on his game. "I shouldent be toxic, im sorry" and moved on. Awwwww. Growth. :)
